We have a wide range of support services on offer and the level of personal support available to you will depend on the type of software licensing arrangement you have. If you have a QSR software license, you’re entitled to contact Support for email or telephone assistance for:

 
  • Technical issues, including software installation difficulties, error messages and usage disruptions
  • Issues related to activating your software
  • Questions related to purchasing new software, licenses or plans
  • Help with managing licenses, including consolidating or transferring licenses and replacing software
 

have a QSR software license and software maintenance

As a holder of a current software maintenance plan, you’re entitled to receive major product updates, as well as telephone and email support from QSR’s expert team. Contact us about any issue related to your QSR software, including: 

 
  • Advice on working with your data
  • ‘How to’ questions for working with any aspect of your software
  • Technical issues, including software installation difficulties, error messages and usage disruptions
  • Issues related to activating your software
  • Questions related to purchasing new software, licenses or plans

am part of a QSR site license arrangement

If you’re using QSR software as part of your organization’s QSR site license arrangement, you’re entitled to receive major product updates, as well as telephone and email support from QSR’s expert team. Contact us about any issue related to your QSR software, including:

  • ‘How to’ questions for working with any aspect of your software
  • Technical issues, including software installation difficulties, error messages and usage disruptions

am the designated contact for our QSR site license

As the designated contact person for your organization’s current site license, please be aware that you’re the person we’ll notify when a new software release is available. That’s because your organization is entitled to receive free major product releases while your agreement is current. 

You’re also entitled to telephone and email support from QSR’s expert team. Contact us about any issue related to QSR software, including: 

 
  • Assistance in rolling out the software to users across a network

If you’re using QSR software as part of a formal pilot program, you’re entitled to telephone and email support from QSR’s expert team. Please note that your organization’s pilot must be formally registered with us. Contact us for further information.

Contact our English-language Support team by email. You can send your questions or issues at any time of the day, and we'll respond to you via email usually within one working day. Please be sure to include all information that's relevant to your query, such as error logs or specific software functions you were performing when an issue arose.
